I am a long term diabetes 2 sufferer in my mid seventies and as a probable consequence I experience Peripheral Neuropathy of my lower limbs predominantly in my feet and ankles for at least several years (as evidently have countless others)
I have trialed various regimes over the years to reduce moderate or alleviate discomfort including drugs like Lyrica and TENS-like apparatuses without palpable differences to my condition and thus have ceased using them.
I have now commenced taking ALCAR (Acetyl L Carnitine) taking recommended dosages and frequencies and will closely monitor over the next several months or the consumption of my 1 kg supply (whichever is the latest) whether I experience any positive effects/affects?
I’m under care of a US trained and highly qualified medico and hold her in the highest esteem and regard and have no doubt through her intervention I have remained upright and witnessed my eldest grand daughter obtain her science degree and thus fulfill one of my boyhood dreams of becoming a scientist.
