I have had sleep problems, low-blood etc, for years until I started to use aswagandha tea leaves on a daily basis. My low-blood pressure has dissapeared, I am more relaxed, less stressed, I have energy of a horse, I can read without glasses, but most of all I feel so young and energetic. Best part is that the wonderful plant is growing all over my back garden and I cant be better!
How long did it take for Ashwagandha to work for sleep and what dosage did you take? I have had major insomnia for 15 years and tried ever kind of drug out there, I have noticed some major results with my arthritis, but still can’t sleep through the night and so far taking 1500 mg per day of the tincture?
I have had insomnia ever since I had Hep-c treatment last March 2016. Have tried everything to sleep and anxiety. I have ashwaghanda, and am going to give it a try. Sleepless nights is no fun at all.

why do you state that it can lower blood pressure and then later say DO NOT TAKE if you suffer from high blood pressure
