Is the use of bosswellia and turmeric equal in the relief of pain?

Thanks for your question! So the only way to definitively answer that is to look at data from comparative studies, and there haven’t been any comparative studies examining the use of Boswellia vs. Turmeric.
Both are believed to have similar mechanisms of action and are used in similar ways, but Boswellia might work better for some people and Turmeric might work better for others.
