Me parecen contradictorios los efectos de las cápsulas Brahmi, pues por un lado estimulan la serotonina y dopamina, que nos ayudan a estar más alegres, en estado de alerta y con mayor energía; y por el otro calman la ansiedad, bajan el ritmo y generan un estado similar a la sedación.
No entiendo:
Duermen o despiertan?
Suben el ánimo o lo bajan?
Otra pregunta: tienen las cápsulas Brahmi alguna inhibición con los antidepresivos y medicamentos psiquiátricos?
