It is not recommended to take this supplement later in the day due to its stimulant effects.
Ginseng extract capsules are generally well tolerated, but may cause sleep disturbances, restlessness, agitation, a reduction of appetite, dizziness and headaches in some cases. Rare side effects can include vagina bleeding, heart palpitations or euphoric feelings, particularly when using this supplement at excessive dosages.
