Another important consideration is the ratio in which the stack is to be made and consumed. When trying to figure out how much Piracetam powder to use in your stack, remember – more is not always better. Piracetam to Choline Bitartrate Ratio
On nootropic user forums it has been recommended to use a 6:1 ratio when creating a Choline Bitartrate Piracetam stack. This means that for every milligram of choline, you should ingest about 6 milligrams of Piracetam.
A typical example of this would be: 750mg of Choline and 4.5 grams of Piracetam. Since Choline Bitartrate is only about 13% active ingredient this ratio is lower than it would be with a higher quality choline like Alpha GPC.
However, if a 6:1 ratio does not reach the expected effect, fine-tune it to find one that works well for you. Keep playing around with the dosages for this stack until you get it right. With a proper ratio you will most likely feel a boost in clarity of thought, improved sensory perception, and more fluidity to daily actions.
Don’t be afraid to experiment with different doses. Sometimes adjusting the levels of Choline is not enough, you may also have to increase or decrease levels of Piracetam. You may also find that adding other nootropics like Aniracetam, Noopept, or Pramiracetam leads to better results.
Are there any side effects from using this stack?
Both Piracetam and Choline are considered to be very safe and even neuroprotective. There are no known serious side effects, however some users have reported headaches.
This is sometimes attributed to either too much or too little Choline Bitartrate. If you begin to get headaches, reduce the amount of Choline in your stack; if the headaches persist, stop taking Choline for a few days and see if things improve.
If you get headaches from just taking Piracetam during the two preparation weeks, then add some Choline immediately. The Piracetam headache is typically attributed to low levels of choline in your system, placing a rate-limiting factor on the synthesis of Acetylcholine. Stacking Piracetam with Choline will boost Acetylcholine levels in your neurons, which will prevent Acetylcholine receptors from burning out.
When dosed properly, the Choline Bitartrate Piracetam stack is a powerful tool for cognitive enhancement. To get an ideal ratio for your personal needs you may need to experiement with your doses and fine tune the ratio to find the one that works best for you.

I find that if I take Piracetam and Choline at the same time or within a couple of hours of each other I actually get headaches. If I space the dosage of each out a few hours apart I’m fine with no headaches.
