I am just discovering the power of actual effective supplements like 5-HTP and others like it. WOW! I’d write a book if I started listing how positive and encouraged I am after trying several of these supplements over the last few weeks. (!!!) I am optimistically cautious about finding a single supplement that seems to be ok for long-term usage, however. My question is: (1) What is considered short-term and (2) How long of a break between alternating supplements for the same symptoms might be considered the most effective and healthy?

thank very much for describing the medicine usages of griffonia Simplicifolia, but my concernd having to do with the forest that the griffonia is coming from, how well is it been Protected, the forest is going away, how do we think about establishing more farms that we will not go out of it. anyway, we are engaging in tree nursery program tha we supply farmers with Griffonia seedling in liberia to be specifity Nimba, but there have been no support from the Liberia government. beside grifffonia we nursed other medicine tree. we are looking for partner to come in to help, and also buy the seed.
