This is my 6th day on choline and inositol. 500 mg combined, 3 times daily. I wish I had found out about this year’s back. It calms my thoughts, relaxes me, and I don’t feel all my worries as before. I never realized how much I worried about nonsense.. Until now. I also take super complex b vitamins and a b12 supplement. My system was already pumped up with the B’s when I started using the twinlab choline and inositol. After 27 yrs of panic and anxiety, this is a gift from above. Try it, you have nothing to lose.
