Very interesting! I had a test from Anytime Labs that showed I was low in inositol and I find it interesting that I have OCD traits that get better at times for no reason. I wonder if this could be a missing link. Thanks!
You say to consult a doctor before taking this supplement…is inositol something regular family docs are familiar with? I have a 17 yr old suffering with sometimes debilitating anxiety that presents as “nervous stomach” for the most part, as well as OCD symptoms. He currently sees a psychologist, but progress is slow, very slow. I am contemplating this product, but am a bit concerned about some of the things I’ve read regarding side effects. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this supplement My daughter suffered from extreme OCD for 15 years Two teaspoons of inositol twice per day has seen her completely free of OCD with no side effects , She has been able to come off all anti anxiety drugs and depression drugs . Those drugs have multiple side effects and limited value in controlling OCD and depression . She is now well into her studies , acheivingwell , has a positive outlook on life and independent . Give it a go ! There have been no side effects .
