what time of the day is best to take inositol?
and if I do ,can I stop my cholesterol medication?

Thanks for your question! The Natural Medicines database does not list a specific time of day when Inositol should be used. Looking at research studies, most administer the dosage once per day, but there is not a particular time mentioned.
You should speak to your doctor to determine how to use any prescribed cholesterol medications as only someone familiar with your medical history can tell you whether to stop your cholesterol medication or not.
Is there any reaction with synthroid or cytomel? Should I space this out after taking them? I’m solely reliant on thyroid mess as I had thyroid cancer. Also have pcos and want to try this powder.
