The information regarding Belgium is not true. You need a prescription and it is illegal to import drugs that would need a prescription otherwise. Wish I knew a way to get it in Belgium…
Import it from an online pharmacy in Czech Republic. It’s very cheap and as it’s part of the EU, the likelihood of your package getting checked by customs is very small. You can genuine pharmaceutical products from there, even made by well-known European manufacturers.

I just wanted to add to the list that I purchased Piracetam over the counter (OTC) at a pharmacy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia while vacationing there.
The only downside is that the price is much higher than most other countries where it is available without prescription.
