J’au souvent en cas de stress des énormes picotements dans tout le corps principalement, les bras et les jambes. Le pharmacien m’a conseillé de prendre 1 gelule le matin et 1 le soir au coucher. J’ai l’impression que le L-THEANINE me fait un peut d’effets.!!!!!
