As an Ampakine supplement, Memodrin is known to activate AMPA receptors for the neurotransmitter glutamate.
Memodrin (Aniracetam) was developed as an upgraded version of Piracetam which is the original brain boosting nootropic compound.
While Piracetam can only influence the NMDA receptors on your neurons, Memodrin is able to interact with both these and AMPA receptors. This is why Memodrin is considered to have a notably wider scope of benefits and it is also up to ten times stronger than Piracetam by volume.
Memodrin Effects
By increasing stimulation of the NMDA and AMPA receptors in your brain, Memodrin can improve memory formation and retention processes. These receptors are normally activated by the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate which is believed to play a key role in memory storage and access.

- Improves memory and learning
- Heightens focus and motivation
- Enhances mood and reduces anxiety & stress
Neuroscientists have discovered that glutamate activity can cause new connections to be formed in the brain and higher levels of this neurotransmitter are associated with increased synaptic plasticity.
Using a supplement like Memodrin, you can effectively enhance the rate at which new connections are formed between neurons and promote greater neuroplasticity. This leads to observable changes in mental performance as it relates to both long term and short term memory.
Another key area in which Aniracetam improves brain function is as a positive modulator for the acetylcholine neurotransmitter. What this supplement does is it makes your neurons more receptive to this neurotransmitter so it is more likely that they will fire.
Acetylcholine is intimately connected with our concept of working memory which plays a role in fluid intelligence. You tap into your fluid intelligence whenever you perform a calculation, learn a new concept or skill or do any sort of problem solving activities.
A number of psychologists believe that fluid intelligence is the best predictor of IQ scores. Aniracetam is also able to increase communication between the two hemispheres of your brain which can lead to more out of the box thinking and greater creativity and insight.
Additionally, Memodrin is known to stimulate Dopaminergic and Serotonergic systems as well as having some slight interaction with the GABA receptors in the brain. This is what gives Memodrin or Aniracetam such a noticeable anti-anxiety effect. Many people who take this nootropic say that it alleviates stress, improves their mood and makes it easier to focus.
This Racetam family member is also known to have a very positive effect on social anxiety cases due to its ability to prevent anxiety, improve verbal fluidity and help to increase confidence. Memodrin reviews also often say that this drug helps to lower inhibitions and get over shyness so they become more outgoing and extroverted.

- Focus longer, clear brain fog & feel more motivated
- Boost energy, alertnes & memory
- Contains 12 safe and natural nootropic ingredients
How to Use Memodrin
Memodrin is a fat soluble nootropic which means its bioavailability will be highest when ingested along with a fat source such as milk or Omega 3 fatty acid supplements from fish oil. You may want to take this Racetam with food to ensure that it is fully absorbed.
A typical Memodrin dosage is between 500 mg to 1500 mg, though many people use amounts that fall outside of this range.
You should always combine this supplement in a stack with a choline source such as Alpha GPC or Citicoline as this will result in greater acetylcholine stimulation than with Memodrin on its own.
It is also fairly common to stack this nootropic with other supplements such as Piracetam, Noopept, Sulbutiamine, Huperzine A, Vinpocetine or any number of other cognitive enhancers.
Buy Memodrin
Memodrin is a specific brand name formulation of generic Aniracetam. As such, it is often easier and cheaper to find Memodrin for sale online as Aniracetam.
You can purchase this nootropic compound either in pill or powered format, though the pills are typically three to eight times more expensive than the pure bulk powder. You may then want to invest in a pill capping machine and some empty capsules to make your own supply of tablets at whatever dosage you choose.
Buy Aniracetam at $17.99 for 50 grams from Peak Nootropics and this amount should last you up to three months depending on your preferred daily dose.
