I have struggled with short and not so short memory loss for the past several years..I am in my early 70..it sounds like this may help….what say you?
What is the best time for taking noopept ? Does it matter if it’s on an empty stomach or ? Also, is it okay to take it in the morning and drink alcohol in the evening ?
Hello, thanks for your question!
I generally take noopept about 4 times a day with 2 – 3 hours in between because it has a short half-life. I use it sublingually, but you can take it orally. Some people might experience stomach discomfort if they take it on an empty stomach, in which case you can consume it with food.
Drinking alcohol with noopept could increase the risk of side effects, especially at higher doses. It’s best to avoid combining them.
If I want to mix noopept powder into a liquid is it better to use water or something else?
