hi,ive been taking aniracetam for a month now, for my anxiety(ist 2wks 2per day,2nd 2wks,3 per day)and i have not had any positive reaction,if anything slightly worse?even thou i have only had an occasional citicoline,i never had a headache.is there anything i could try that is different,i realise its trial and error,everyone is different.

What dosages have you been using? There are a couple of supplements you could try stacking with Aniracetam to enhance the effects. A Tryptophan supplement would help to increase Serotonin levels and L-Theanine is a supplement that balances alpha brain waves to boost mood.
Are you experiencing panic attacks? Is your main concern social anxiety? There are a few other nootropics that are stronger for anxiety like Picamilon or Phenibut.
