The manufacturer SNS claims that this product will boost your brain power including improving your mental focus, concentration, and memory.
In other words, you will not only be able to read better and think more clearly, but also understand and retain what you were reading much more effectively when taking Focus XT.
They also claim that it will help improve your workouts and be more effective in all areas of life due to the general energy boost. Endurance is also promised, so this could be something to consider for those looking to train longer and harder for weight loss and bodybuilding.
According to the manufacturer, “Focus XT is a state of the art formula that combines precise ratios of active ingredients in order to deliver optimal results. It is a truly unique product that that delivers a wide variety of benefits in terms of mental focus, clarity, and improved performance and cognitive function.”
It is important to remember that not everyone will get the same results from taking Focus XT. Nootropics usually effect different people in different ways based on your individual body chemistry, other medications and supplements in the system, and a number of other factors.
Reading Focus XT experience and user reviews can give you a good idea of the effects and benefits, but ultimately trying the supplement is the only way to learn how a Nootropic will work you.
Focus XT Ingredients:
The ingredients included in SNS Focus XT are a solid representation of the most popular natural nootropics currently available. There are a number of proven Nootropics and other substances that even help to potentiate the Nootropic-like effects.
Despite the fact that the manufacturer does not list how much of each ingredient is included, it seems reasonable to assume that they are effective amounts, considering the serving size is fairly large.
One downside is that there are no Racetams or more powerful nootropic in this stack. That is why you might want to use Focus XT along with a compound like Piracetam, Noopept or Aniracetam.
Choline Bitartrate: This is a type of choline source that is known to be very affordable. Despite this being one of the least concentrated choices of choline supplements, it does synergize well with several of the other ingredients included (most notably, the Huperzine).
It acts as a precursor to the powerful neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, which plays a major role in a number of cognitive functions including learning and memory.
Huperzine A: Huperzine is an inhibitor of Acetylcholine breakdown within the brain. This simply means that it works to stop the deterioration of this neurotransmitter. In other words, as the other sources of choline in this formulation increase the acetylcholine levels within the brain, Huperzine ensures that these levels will be maintained, increasing memory, learning, and levels of nerve growth factor.
Vinpocetine: As a supplement, the main job of Vinpocetine is to increase blood flow to the brain. This also helps to act as a neuroprotectant and improve learning and memory. With increased blood flow comes increased oxygenation which also leads to new abundance of energy and higher levels of alertness.
L-Tyrosine: L-Tyrosine is an essential amino acid and a precursor to the important neurotransmitters Dopamine and Norepinephrine. It has also been shown to help improve overall cognitive performance and even reduce the effects of stress and fatigue.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine: ALCAR is a supplement that has a lot of overall health benefits, but it also has a less-documented nootropic effect. ALCAR increases acetylcholine production it acts as a potent anti-oxidant. In this regard it helps to protect against free radicals doing damage within the brain which may slow down signs of aging.
The main function of ALCAR is the transport of fatty acids to the mitochondria and it is commonly used in weight loss supplements.
DMAE: This is an organic substance that is quite similar to choline. It is capable of easily crossing the blood-brain barrier and is fast-acting. Although it acts in a slightly different way than choline, it is also a precursor to Acetylcholine and actually works very well in conjunction with the Huperzine A. DMAE has been shown to improve synaptic plasticity and mood.
Caffeine: This is the only ingredient in SNS Focus Factor that actually has a dosage listed. It is approximately 1.5 cups of coffee worth. The idea here is that this helps to deliver a bit of an energy boost, especially when combined with the other ingredients.
Some people who are sensitive to caffeine might not like this product for this reason. However, if you do not have this sensitivity then caffeine offers a lot of nootropic benefits especially in a stack like this.
Focus XT for Studying and Exercising:
A number of different users and Focus Factor reviews have reported that this supplement did help them with their studying and/or exercising.
One of the most commonly reported after-effect was a fairly long lasting rush of energy. This energy leads to being more alert in class or energized all throughout a workout.
For those looking to take this strictly for the cognitive benefits, the best way would be to stack it with a Racetam. Which one is a personal decision, with a nootropic like Piracetam being less potent than Noopept or Pramiracetam. The others, such as Aniracetam and Oxiracetam, fall somewhere in the middle in terms of their potency.
For those looking to gain benefits related to improved training, consider using this as a pre-workout supplement. Take Focus XT between 30 and 45 minutes beforehand and then look out! This should lead to a strong surge in energy and the ability to engage in more intense training. It may even help to improve recovery time, meaning you will be able to get back into the gym sooner.
Conclusion:
SNS Focus XT is a good natural Nootropic stack formulation. The best part is that since there are so many benefits, it can easily be tailored to whatever goal you are looking to achieve.
It is also quite flexible and versatile, being able to stack with any number of Racetams or even other types of Nootropics (just be careful when venturing outside the Racetam family).
While the ingredients in Focus XT might not be the strongest nootropics out there, they do work together to give you a substantial cognitive boost. Consider buying SNS Focus XT if you want an introduction to using nootropics or as an element in a stronger stack.

Other possible reasons to forego this would be as simple as the sucralose, artificial flavors and artificial coloring, none of which have any positive benefits and, according to some, have deleterious effects.
I am shocked anyone would put Sucralose into a product such as this.
