How can you justify saying that there will be a difference in onset between this product and generic? It makes no sense at all. Even if the product isn’t pure, there will be little difference.

There will be a difference in absorption time from taking Phenibut powder versus an encapsulated product. When the capsules are consumed, the capsule must first be broken down in the stomach in order for the active ingredient to be released. Dissolution times will differ depending on ingredients used to make the capsule as well as stomach conditions.
