There are generally three types of Somazina Citicoline users.
The first type of user has turned to this supplement for help with something that might be considered a clinical issue.
While this is likely more common in Europe and countries overseas, there are still clinical uses here in North America.
Researchers have been looking into the possibility of helping to treat stroke survivors, Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD, dementia, and a number of other age-related cognitive issues with this supplement.
The second type of user is someone who has reached middle age. They are beginning to experience senior moments with temporary loss of memory or other issues.
After looking around, they finally have come to the conclusion that Somazina Citicoline might be something that can help them restore their cognitive powers of days gone by and perhaps even delay the onset of memory loss.
This type of Citicoline usage is usually considered to be neuroprotective with the goal of reducing signs of aging on the neurons.
The final type of user is typically younger, possibly a University student, and still in relatively good health. They are interested in the powerful cognitive enhancement effects of Nootropics.
Citicoline is often used by these individuals to promote better focus, increase memory formation, and improve reasoning and comprehension. In this application, Somazina Citicoline is frequently used in a nootropic stack with other supplements especially from the Racetam family such as Piracetam.
Citicoline can actually intensify the benefits of other brain boosting compounds, giving you an extra edge in the classroom or in business.
How To Use Somazina Citicoline:
Since this supplement has a very safe risk profile, most people might not even need to consult with their doctor before using it.
Citicoline is actually a natural chemical that occurs in the body as a source of choline.
The compound has a very low human toxicity rating and as long as you follow recommended dosages you are unlikely to experience any side effects.
On the other hand, if you are suffering from things like high blood pressure, heart disease, taking any prescription medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding then it might be wise to run this idea by your doctor before buying Somazina Citicoline.
The recommended daily dose of Somazina Citicoline is between 500 and 1,000 mg. This is best split into two different administrations, one in the morning and then in the middle of the day. Many users have found that taking Citicoline after about 2 or 3 PM in the afternoon can affect their normal sleep patterns.
Some people prefer to start taking nootropics or other supplements at the lowest dosage level and then gradually increasing to a full dose over about a week. If you would prefer to do this, it is perfectly acceptable to cut a tablet in half and then take each half at the proper interval.
As with most new supplements, it is better to start off with a lower dose and then increase only if needed.
Citicoline Results:
Results for Citicoline supplements are generally highly positive, but of course your personal experience may vary.
Memory increases when taking Somazina Citioline 500 mg can be anywhere from subtle up to strongly noticeable with most people will falling somewhere in the middle of these two extremes.
For most people, they experience greater conversion of short-term into long-term memory as well as a better working memory capacity.
One common report with Citicoline is that memory recall speed improves and you may feel like you are better able to access connected concepts. This is substantially amplified when Citicoline is combined with other Nootropics in a stack.
When using Citicoline with Noopept, Aniracetam or Piracetam the memory (as well as the additional cognition) benefits can be compounded greatly.
Another often reported Citicoline benefit is improved energy. While most times this is in the form of increased mental energy, there are also many users who see increases in their physical energy levels, drive, and motivation as well. This mental energy can result in feelings of general well-being and, in the extreme, almost euphoric.
Along the same lines, most users will also see at least some improvement in the length of their attention spans and better ability to focus and concentrate. You may feel like your brain is not exerting itself as much during particularly draining tasks and productivity may flow from you better.
Using Somazina Citicoline can indeed boost your brainpower and your memory. One of the best things about this supplement is that it does not have many side effects associated with it. This makes it safe to use for a wide range of people from all walks of life.
This supplement also goes very well with other Nootropics, especially those in the Racetam family (Piracetam, Pramiracetam, Aniracetam, and Oxiracetam). When combined in a well thought-out brain supplement stack, there is real possibility of enhancing your overall intellectual capability with Citicoline tablets.
However, Somazina by Elder Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is regarded as one of the more expensive options for Citicoline supplements because of its brand name. if you do not mind purchasing generic Citicoline to get a cheaper product with the same level of quality, you might instead prefer to look for Citicoline powder.
Buying this supplement in bulk costs about $40 for a 50 gram supply which can last you up to two months.

I would not call a product with toxins a quality product. I realize many supplements add toxins to there products such as forms of stearic acid. However, the addition of magnesium stearate to citicoline is not because it is a toxin, but because it speed up production and increases the bottom line.
In simple terms it means more profit to the company at the expense of your health.
