Sulbutiamine is a brain supplement that some people use for mood enhancement or to improve memory and intellectual function.
Sulbutiamine is a nootropic (mind-boosting) compound and a synthetic version of Vitamin B1. This synthetic version of Thiamine actually copies some of the nootropic properties of the B1 vitamin itself, but it is considered more potent.
Besides being a more powerful Vitamin B1, Sulbutiamine also comes with a number of benefits that are completely unrelated to Thiamine. This supplement works by crossing the blood brain barrier and having a positive effect on some of the receptor sites in your brain.
In this article, we will tell you how to use this supplement as well as provide some of the proper recommended Sulbutiamine dosages to take.

- Heightened alertness, focus & energy
- Supports memory & mental performance
- Promotes mood through dopaminergic activity

Sulbutiamine powder is a supplement that has a wide range of benefits to the human brain.
This particular supplement is most commonly used to heighten levels of Dopamine activity in the neurons.
By increasing Dopamine activity, you may be able to improve some of the effects that are associated with lower levels of this ‘feel-good’ neurotransmitter, such as: inability to focus, depressed mood, stress, mental fatigue, and anxious thoughts.
Taking this supplement in correct doses you may be able to improve both your mood and focus. Most users report that they feel more energized and more at ease in general.
Besides helping deal with issues that surface with lower levels of Dopamine, Sulbutiamine dosages may also help you benefit from increased intellectual capacities such as reasoning, deeper logical thinking, memory, and learning.
Many of the anecdotal accounts regarding this supplement agree that it helps make their thoughts much more clear and help complete mental task with ease. It is also reported to be a productivity booster, putting you in a motivated state of mind.
Sulbutiamine Dosage
Sulbutiamine, like many other supplements also come with a personal preference choice of pill or powder. This choice will also reflect on your wallet.
Purchasing Sulbutiamine in a bulk powder will be much cheaper than buying it in capsule form simply because of manufacturing costs associated with making the pills.
After you have made the choice of delivery method, it is important to figure out the dose that is right for you. Proper dosage is dependent on many different factors including age, weight, sex, and personal sensitivities.
It is always recommended that you speak with your doctor before beginning any new supplements to help determine the best dosage for you. The dosage recommendations below are general guidelines only, and your personal dosage may be different; use the best safe dosage for your needs.
The average recommended Sulbutiamine dosage is between 400 and 1000 milligrams per a 24-hour period.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that if you use a dosage lower than the recommended dose you will not see any results. The results you may see will vary depending on your biochemistry and any other possible supplements that you may be using.
When ingesting, you should keep in mind that Sulbutiamine powder is fat-soluble so you will not be able to mix it with water or juices like any water-soluble supplements. It is recommended that you take it with a glass of milk, fish oil, or food. Taking your dose of Sulbutiamine with a lipid will ensure greater absorption speeds in the digestive system.
Sulbutiamine Tolerance
Just like other nootropics and supplements, Sulbutiamine will most likely become less effective if you constantly increase the dosage and take it regularly for long periods of time. In order to prevent building up a tolerance to this supplement due to receptor down regulation, it is recommended that you cycle this nootropic in a manner that won’t allow the affected receptors to get used to it.
A very common way to go about tackling this potential issue it to first of all stack this nootropic with other like Noopept or Aniracetam, and to have regular cycles. For example, take Sulbutiamine daily for a whole week, then go another 7 days without. Stacking it with other synergetic compounds may lead to enhanced results.
Sulbutiamine users often report the taste of the powder to be foul and difficult to mask with anything else you can mix it with. Some even have reported their gag reflexes acting up during ingestion.
If you are one of the people who suffer from difficulty of ingesting your Sulbutiamine dosage in its powdered form because of taste it is recommended that you switch over to pill form.
You can also purchase a cheap pill capping machine to make your own Sulbutiamine capsules at home. However some users have also reported that they got used to the taste over time. The choice is yours; both methods are just as effective, this is a matter of personal taste and cost efficacy.

Hi, Can I stack Sulbutiamine with Aniracetam and Nefiracetam? I use 1g of Ani and 500mg of Nefi already.
I also take Choline each day and ingest with Milk and Fish oils.
Boy, the review is spot on about the taste – it is truly vile. Save yourself the horror and taste bud torture and cap it up. I don’t notice much effect but I have a bunch, so I’ll continue trying to work it into the stack.
